We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the items in their original Missoma gift box and secure them inside the mailing bag to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
